Payment Information

We accept most major credit or debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch and Solo. The payments on this site are processed by a third party payment processor for security reasons. We also use secure socket layer technology (ssl). This means that when you place orders with us on our secure online ordering system, all of the information is encrypted or scrambled, so that the data you send is an unintelligible string of seemingly random characters. When these characters are received by our web server, the server's ssl software converts them back into useful information. The same thing happens with data you receive from our server. Your interactions are therefore private.

You can also use your existing Paypal account to pay for your goods.

Postage & Packing Information

Postage and Packing on all German orders is charged at a flat rate of 6€. We aim to dispatch all German orders before 6pm the same day.

Postage and Packing on all European orders is charged at a flat rate of 14€. Again we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. European orders usually take 7 working days to be delivered but may on occasions take up to 10 working days.

Rest of the World orders are charged at a flat rate of 18€ and usually takes two weeks but can take longer depending on where they are being shipped.

Please Note: As a small independent shop, we are unable to refund any postage from sending items, or those that are returned.

Return & Exchange Policy

Akeef gladly accepts returns of unworn or defective merchandise for full refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days of purchase (online store only). Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment.  You may send the item back to us at the address below using any traceable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund your item as you instruct.

English Translation:
As a consumer or customer, you are entitled in accordance with § 312 BGB to recall your order within 14 days after receiving your shipment (Gift Certificate, Coupon-/Themed-Box resp.) in writing (mail or fax) without stating reasons. Timely mail dispatch is sufficient to stay within your recall rights. Send your cancellation to: -company info-. In cases of rightful cancellation, the certificate or Box must be sent back complete and unused. For orders less than 40 Euro in value, you must pay resending costs. Otherwise, resending is free of charge. You will be reimbursed non-cash for the list price payed.Your cancellation rights expire if the certificate has already been redeemed or if items contained in the Gift-/Themed Box have already been used. Your cancellation right expires prematurely, if -company- has initiated services prior to the the cancellation deadline upon your expressed consent, or if you yourself requested such service (i.e. scheduling and/or conducting the Experience prior to the cancellation deadline, booking additional services prior to cancellation deadline).
If you are a registered trader („Vollkaufmann“), you are not entitled to cancellation rights in accordance with § 312 BGB.
